The main body of the equipment is a rotatable, slightly inclined elongated cylinder. Wet material enters from the top of the cylinder and is continuously lifted and dispersed as the cylinder rotates, forming a uniform material curtain. Material Dispersion and Conveying Stage:

Wet material is fed evenly and continuously into the rotary drying drum via a closed feeding device (VÍ DỤ., a belt conveyor). The inner wall of the drum is equipped with multiple sets of carefully designed lifting plates. As the drum rotates at a constant speed, the lifting plates continuously elevate the material to a certain height and then evenly distribute it across the drum.

This cyclical motion forms a dispersed material curtain, significantly increasing the contact area between the material and the hot air. After heat exchange, the exhaust gas, with its temperature reduced and humidity increased, is discharged from the end of the cylinder. To implement the concept of environmentally friendly production, this system is equipped with a two-stage dust removal device as standard:

First-stage purification: Dust-laden exhaust gas first enters a cyclone dust collector, where centrifugal force separates and collects most of the coarser particles during high-speed rotation, achieving material recovery.

Deep purification: Subsequently, the gas enters a pulse-jet bag filter. Its internal high-efficiency filter bags can capture submicron-sized fine dust, achieving extremely high purification efficiency and ensuring that the final exhaust gas fully complies with national environmental protection standards.

The dried finished product is discharged through a sealing device at the outlet and then transported to a storage point via conveyor equipment, completing the entire drying process.
