Base: Constructed of high-density cast iron with anti-slip rubber pads, it firmly secures vacuum grinder, preventing violent vibrations or displacement during high-speed grinding. It also reduces noise transmission during operation, ensuring safe and quiet operation.
Outer Shell: Made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with a polished surface. Grinding Chamber: Features a sealed design with smooth, corner-free inner walls. Capacities range from 3L to 20L, preventing dust leakage during grinding and facilitating subsequent cleaning.
Grinding Components: Equipped with detachable alloy blade sets (such as hammer blades, toothed claw blades, and scalpel blades). Dust Collection Box: Made of transparent PC material, its capacity is matched to the processing volume, allowing for easy observation of dust collection. The box features a snap-on design, eliminating the need for tools during disassembly and cleaning; simply press gently to remove it—simple and mess-free operation.
Control Panel: The buttons and display screen are clear and easy to understand, and have functions such as start/stop, speed adjustment, pulverizing time setting, and suction intensity adjustment.

Safety Lock: The crushing chamber door is linked to the vacuum grinder’s power supply. The vacuum grinder cannot start if the door is not closed or not properly closed. If the door is opened during operation, the machine will immediately stop to prevent hands or foreign objects from entering the chamber and causing danger, while also preventing instantaneous dust leakage.
Feed Inlet: The inner wall of the feed hopper is smooth and equipped with a dust cover. When not in use, the cover can be closed to prevent dust from falling in and ensure the cleanliness of the raw materials.
Select materials according to the crushing requirements, choose the appropriate blade set according to the material type, install the crushing chamber and dust filter, close the chamber door and fasten the safety lock.

Set the parameters on the control panel: Adjust the rotation speed according to the material hardness, set the time according to the grinding fineness (e.g., 3 minutes for coarse powder), and adjust the dust suction intensity. Press the start button. The equipment will first start the dust suction system, then the grinding system to avoid initial dust leakage.
Slowly pour the material into the feed inlet. Observe the grinding status of the material through the transparent feed hopper or the grinding chamber window. If material gets stuck, the equipment will automatically stop and display “Overload” on the screen. At this time, turn off the power, clear the blockage, and then restart. When the set time is reached, the equipment will first stop the grinding system, and the dust suction system will continue to run for 30 seconds to ensure that residual dust is completely absorbed, and then automatically stop.
Open the chamber door safety lock and remove the ground material; remove the dust collection box, empty the dust, and clean the dust filter; finally, wipe the grinding chamber and feed inlet with a cleaning cloth to complete the cleaning and prepare for the next use.
The control panel is designed with simplicity and no complicated process. Just install the blade assembly, set the parameters and put in the material, and it can automatically complete the crushing and dust collection. The equipment has a fault indication function (such as dust filter blockage, overload, door not closed tightly). Even if the operation is wrong, the problem can be quickly checked. Beginners can become proficient in using it in 10 minutes.
