Gyratory combination multi-layer screen breaks through the traditional screening mode:Traditional screening equipment is either a single-layer vibrating screen.
Which requires multiple devices to be connected in series to complete multi-level screening (for example, wheat cleaning requires three devices: large impurity screen, medium impurity screen, and fine impurity screen), or a single-layer screen that “screens all the way to the bottom”, and the impurities are not completely separated.
ACME gyratory combination multi-layer screen innovation lies in the collaborative design of “multi-layer screen + gyratory motion”: the screen drum has 3-5 layers of adjustable screens built in (the number of layers is customized according to material requirements).

During the gyratory process of the screen drum, the material is stratified due to gravity and centrifugal force. Large impurities are thrown to the screen wall and fall into the first layer of impurity discharge port, and medium impurities pass through the first layer of mesh and fall to the second layer.
Finally, the clean grain is discharged from the last layer of screen – one device can complete the three or even four levels of screening of “large impurities → medium impurities → fine impurities”.
It is equivalent to compressing the work of three traditional devices into one, directly saving 60% of the equipment space and 40% of energy consumption.

Actual measured data from a feed factory showed that after using it to replace the original single-layer vibrating screen + flat screen combination, the workshop space utilization rate increased by 35%, and the power consumption per ton of grain sorting dropped from 1.2 degrees to 0.7 degrees.
The cylindrical primary cleaning screen is a “single-layer coarse screen” that relies on the rotation of the screen drum to remove large impurities (such as straw), but cannot handle broken wheat and fine dust;
The gyratory combination multi-layer screen is a “multi-layer fine separation” that filters through 3-5 layers of screens, and the large, medium and fine impurities are returned to their respective positions, and the net grain impurity rate is reduced from 1% to below 0.3% (in line with high-end flour standards).

More importantly, its screen can be quickly disassembled and replaced (a set can be replaced in 5 minutes). When cleaning corn, a large-hole screen can be replaced, and when processing soybean meal, an anti-sticking screen can be replaced. The flexibility is far superior to the “fixed screen hole” of the cylindrical primary cleaning screen.
Gyratory combination multi-layer screen is composed of a frame, a screen body, a drive transmission system, a suspension system, a grain feed box and an output box, a screen mesh and an air suction channel, etc. It works in a plane rotation motion and has appropriate screen holes and screen plates to remove impurities from the product or to grade one grain with different particle sizes to another.
The material enters from the high end of the screen drum and spirals down with the 6-10 rpm gyration of the screen drum. Large impurities are thrown toward the screen wall due to their large size and fall into the first-layer impurity discharge port;
Medium impurities pass through the first-layer mesh and fall to the second layer, where they are intercepted by smaller meshes; clean grain and fine dust continue to pass through the third-layer screen;

Finally, clean grain is discharged from the last-layer discharge port, and fine dust enters the dust collection system through the last-layer mesh – the whole process is like a “screen tower” filtering layer by layer, completing multi-level sorting in one go.
