After the machine starts, a computer controller controls the main screw to discharge materials at three speeds: fast, slow, and even, based on the set target weight of 25 kg. Initially, it rotates at high speed (1500 Drehzahl) for rapid filling. As the target weight is approached, it switches to medium speed (1000 Drehzahl) to prevent overflow. Finally, it adjusts to low speed (500 Drehzahl) for precise accuracy.

The material is dropped directly into woven bags on the conveyor belt via the bucketless screw, without intermediate storage (to prevent residue). The conveyor speed is synchronized with the material discharge speed to ensure consistent weight for each bag. The bag sewing machines are independently controlled, allowing workers to adjust the stitch density at any time to accommodate different bag materials. Once sealed, simply push the bag and go. No extensive training is required.
